This Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms") is a legally binding contract between you and Bunker Bros Entertainment LLC ("Bunker Bros," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Your Account

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Report unauthorized access to support@bunkerbros.golf.

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
• Upload viruses or harmful code.
• Use the Service unlawfully.

4. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

5. Matches, Messaging & Interactions

• Bunker Bros does NOT conduct background checks.
• We do not guarantee user behavior or safety.
• You are solely responsible for interactions with other users, online or offline.

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

• Prices disclosed at point of purchase.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew.
• Refunds follow App Store or Play Store policies.

7. Club Partners

• Clubs may receive limited data for verification and reporting.
• Club rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, code, and designs belong to Bunker Bros Entertainment LLC.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is the greater of:

• Amounts you paid in last 12 months, or
• $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bunker Bros harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law & Arbitration

• Governed by Florida law.
• Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in or near Lake Mary, FL.
• Class action waivers apply.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or risk-related concerns.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms and update the date above.
